Will the promo apply to an order that is just a few cents less than $100 or $150?
Yes. While all our official promotional materials state that the minimum order amounts are $100 or $150, we will apply the promo to orders that are less than $1 below the minimum order amount.
Example: If a new US customer orders a Lean Body System (reg $159.99) and they get a Share the Love credit applied (-$10), the subtotal of the order would be $149.99. Because it is less than $1 below the $150 minimum subtotal required, the promotion would still be applied and they would receive the free Optimize and Probiotic.
Are promo codes required to get the free products?
No. The free products are automatically added if the subtotal meets the minimum requirements. The subtotal of the order after all other applicable discounts must be at least $100 or $150.
Are there any limits on this promotion?
Yes. There is a limit of one free Optimize and one free Probiotic in the US, or one free Fresh Breath Collection and one free CellProof Serum in CA, per account.
What is the CV reduction for this promotion?
The CV will not be reduced on promotional orders. Because there is no charge for the free items, there will be no BV/CV for those items, and the BV/CV will remain the same for the other items on the order (minus any other discounts such as Birthday Credits or SmartShip)
What are the qualifying collections?
The promo applies to any product order that meets the minimum subtotal requirements and includes all products and collections.
